Purpose of award: To provide financial assistance to undergraduate students afflicted with a primary immune deficiency disease.
Eligibility requirements: Applicant must have been admitted or must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university as an undergraduate student. Applicants must also have demonstrated financial need and a record of community involvement.

Amount: $750-$1,000.
