Purpose of award:	To provide financial assistance to amateur radio operators who are seeking an undergraduate degree or electronic technician certification.
Eligibility requirements:	Applicants must hold an active Amateur Radio License in any class and be studying at an accredited institution. They must have a minimum GPA of2.5. Preference is given to Florida residents, particularly those of Brevard County, and those with need and lower GPAs.
