Purpose of award: To encourage students who have been in foster care to get ready for college.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have spent one year or more in foster care since their 16th birthdays, be Washington residents who will enroll at least half-time in an eligible college by their 21st birthdays, not have earned a bachelor's degree and not be seeking a degree in theology.
